Questions about valuations
Is the valuation really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to sell or let with us.
Is it the same as a mortgage valuation?
No. Ours is a market appraisal for selling or letting. A lender’s valuation is done by a surveyor for the buyer’s mortgage.
How soon can you come?
Usually within three working days, evenings and Saturdays included.
Will you push me to list with you?
No. You get the figure in writing with the evidence behind it, and you decide.
