Property details
Particulars, photographs, floor plans and measurements are a guide and do not form part of any contract. Buyers and tenants should confirm anything important to them before committing.
Viewings and offers
Viewings are accompanied. Offers are passed to the seller in writing; nothing is agreed until contracts are exchanged.
Holding deposits
A holding deposit of no more than one week’s rent reserves a home while references are checked. It is returned within seven days if the landlord withdraws, or credited to the first month’s rent.
Liability
