This notice explains what Calder & Finch does with personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

• What you send us through a form: your name, email, the property you asked about and your message.
• Your email address if you sign up for property alerts.
• If you pay a holding deposit, our payment provider (Stripe) processes your card details; we never see them.

Why

To answer your enquiry, arrange viewings and valuations, send the alerts you asked for, and meet our legal duties as an estate and letting agent (including anti-money-laundering checks).

How long

Enquiries for two years; alert sign-ups until you unsubscribe; records of sales and lettings for the periods the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@calderandfinch.example.
