An agency on Bridge Street
Independent since 2009: a small team who sell and let homes in the town we live in.
Harriet Calder and Sam Finch opened the office on Bridge Street in 2009, in a shop that used to sell fishing tackle. The idea was simple: fewer homes, shown better. Every home we take on gets our own photographs, a measured floor plan and someone from the office at every viewing, and every seller gets a call every week, whether there is news or not. Seventeen years on there are seven of us, and the idea hasn’t changed.
