Sellers
Our selling fee is 1.2% of the sale price, payable on completion. No sale, no fee. Photography, the floor plan and the energy certificate are included.
Landlords
- Letting only: 8% of the rent for the length of the tenancy.
- Fully managed: 12% of the rent, including inspections, repairs and certificates.
Tenants
Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, tenants pay no fees beyond the rent, a refundable tenancy deposit (five weeks’ rent), a refundable holding deposit (one week’s rent), and charges the act allows for changes, early termination or lost keys.
Redress and protection
We are members of The Property Ombudsman and a client money protection scheme.
